1. About SaveDate

SaveDate lets you create and share online event invitations (weddings, engagements, and more). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe. Provide accurate information and use one account per person. You must be at least 13 years old.

3. Your Content

Photos, music, and text you upload remain yours. You confirm you have the right to use everything you upload, including music licences where applicable. We only display your content in the invitations you create.

4. Guest Data (RSVP)

RSVP details submitted by your guests are visible only to you. Use them solely to manage your event. We never sell guest data.

5. Acceptable Use

No unlawful, misleading, hateful, or infringing content. We may unpublish invitations that break these rules after notifying you.

6. Service & Availability

We work hard to keep invitations online and fast, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. Published invitations remain available while your account is in good standing.

7. Account Deactivation & Deletion

You may temporarily deactivate your account (your invitations go offline until you log back in) or permanently delete it. Permanent deletion takes effect 7 days after you request it; logging back in within those 7 days cancels the deletion. After 7 days your account, invitations, photos, RSVPs and greetings are removed and cannot be recovered.

8. Changes

If these terms change in a meaningful way, we'll ask you to review them again before continuing.
